Nationality: Thai citizen
Language: Fluent in English & Thai (written/spoken). Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
Experience: 3+ years in sales within the baking industry, with frequent travel readiness.

Job Responsibilities1.Conduct in-depth market research in Thailand, analyzing market size, competitor landscape, channel distribution, and consumer behavior. Prepare comprehensive market reports and competitive strategie2.Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts in Thailand, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.3.Formulate and execute annual sales and profit targets, monitoring progress regularly to ensure achievement.4.Propose product improvement or new product introduction suggestions based on market demand and customer feedback.5.Visit and develop relationships with end-customers, including supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, tea beverage shops, and factories, to expand market penetration.
